Lakeview Greens (Klarvatten) is an excellent community to live in. The complex has 101 units composing of 2 bedroom (990 sq ft) and 3 bedroom (1155 sq feet) 2-storey townhouse condos. All 3 bedroom homes have a 2 piece bathroom on the main floor and a full 4 piece bathroom upstairs. Most 2 bedroom homes have a full 4 piece bathroom but we have encountered a few units with a bonus 3 piece ensuite bathroom. Many homes have developed basements with a variety of finished downstairs including another bedroom, multimedia rooms and bathrooms.

Some homes have natural gas fireplaces and they also vary with kitchen appliances, cabinetry, flooring and light fixtures.

Fortunately, all of these home have a single car garage with interior door so no more winter scraping.
