Audrey and Mike use this innovative custom email feedback for all our sellers.
How it works:
- Whenever one of our listings are shown, the showing REALTOR® contact information including email address is entered into the HomeFeedback® system.
- Showing information such as time & date is entered into the system
- HomeFeedback® will then follow-up through a series of emails requesting feedback from the showing REALTOR® and their clients.
- Once the showing REALTOR® responds to the feedback request, HomeFeedback® will then distribute the responses to both the us (Audrey & Mike) and more importantly you, the home seller. If the showing REALTOR® fails to respond, the system will alert us and you the seller. We will phone the showing REALTOR® & manually enter their response.
- Additionally, the you can login to your very own private seller console to see the list of registered showings, review feedback gathered, statistical reports & any comments we have left.
